  • Should I receive a confirmation that I placed an order?
    • Yes, you will receive a confirmation email listing the items that were ordered and
  • How do I change an order once I have submitted it?
    • Please call customer service at 513-247-3020 or 888-Munoz78 immediately.  The system downloads orders at the end of each day.  If addressed too late, the order can not be changed.
  • How long should it take to receive my order?
    • Generally, it should take 7 to 10 days for fullfilment orders.  If purchasing items for a special event
  • How do I return or exchange something?
    • All merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials.  Please note however that unless defective, garments which have been worn, laundered or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.  Please call Customer Service at 513-247-3020 or email customerservice@munozbrandz.com
  • What if the item/size/color I want to order is not available?
    • If your item is temporarily unavailable, it will be placed on backorder.  Typically, backordered items will ship 1 week later.  For immediate assistance, call Customer Service at 513-247-3020 or email customerservice@munozbrandz.com
  • If paying with Credit Card, when is my card charged?
    • Credit card payments will be processed within 24 hours of order submission.
